Terms of Service and License Agreement
Please read these terms carefully before completing your PsychoGraph subscription.
1. Product Scope and Educational License
1.1. PsychoGraph provides a digital reference collection of 47 organized and illustrated infographics covering ego defense mechanisms described in psychoanalytic literature, intended for personal study, theoretical reference, and non-commercial academic teaching.
1.2. EXPRESS LEGAL NOTICE: PsychoGraph is strictly an educational reference tool. It is not, does not contain, and does not replace a clinical instrument, psychological test, diagnostic device, triage system, or psychiatric evaluation. It does not replace accredited professional training, clinical supervision, or licensed psychotherapy.
1.3. The granted license is personal and non-transferable. Reselling, sublicensing, bulk sharing, or commercial redistribution of these digital files is strictly prohibited.
2. Pricing, Taxes, and Merchant of Record (Paddle)
2.1. Payments, tax compliance (including VAT/sales taxes), and invoicing are processed exclusively by Paddle (Paddle Payments Ltd / Paddle.com Market Ltd), acting as our authorized Merchant of Record.
2.2. The introductory launch price for the first year is 19 € (or equivalent local currency, taxes included where applicable).
2.3. After the introductory year, the standard annual renewal fee is 27 € per year.
3. Automatic Renewal and Prior Notice
3.1. Subscriptions renew automatically once a year on the same payment method until cancelled by the account holder.
3.2. Renewal Notifications: Subscribers receive renewal reminder emails at least 30 days prior to any renewal charge detailing the upcoming billing date and renewal price.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Automatic renewal can be turned off anytime with zero hassle on our self-service cancellation page (/en/cancelar) or via Paddle Customer Portal.
4.2. Cancelling turns off future charges while preserving your full access until the end of the paid annual cycle.
4.3. 14-Day EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal: EU consumers have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU), unless express prior consent was provided for immediate performance and digital content delivery.
4.4. Pro-rata Refunds: In case of eligible mid-term cancellation requests, proportional refunds are calculated based on unused remaining days.
5. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR)
