1. Data Controller and Data Minimization

1.1. The data controller is Psimétrica / PsychoGraph. We collect only strictly necessary data: customer email address and billing country for tax classification and legal compliance.

1.2. Financial Data: Payment details and credit cards are securely handled and stored by Paddle (Merchant of Record) under certified PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. We never access or store payment credentials.

2. Self-Hosted Typography & Zero Tracking

2.1. In accordance with European Court privacy rulings regarding external CDNs, all typography (WOFF2/TTF) and static files are hosted locally on our own infrastructure without exposing visitor IPs to external services.

3. User Rights (GDPR)

3.1. Under the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679), you have the right to access, rectify, restrict, object to processing, and request complete erasure (right to be forgotten) of your personal data.
