Cancellation and withdrawal
Canceling stops the automatic renewal: your access continues until the end of the paid period. Withdrawing undoes the purchase with a full refund, when you have that right.
1. Cancel the automatic renewal
Enter the email used for the purchase. We will send a link to the Paddle customer portal, where you can cancel the renewal or update your card.
2. Withdraw from the contract here
For purchases and renewals from the last 14 days. We will send a single-use link to the purchase email, where you can see your purchases and confirm the withdrawal. The refund is full and access ends when Paddle confirms the refund.
